Introduction
Mia Bella is a spacious 1990 Catalina 36 featuring an open transom with a swim platform. This highly sought-after sailboat is well suited for cruising in shallow waters thanks to its wing keel and 4.5-foot draft. It offers an exceptionally spacious interior with two private cabins and a large salon.

Mia Bella comes with several significant upgrades (navigation instruments, new batteries, a refurbished cooling system), as well as meticulous and documented maintenance since 2019.

The boat was brought from Maryland to Lake Champlain in 2012. We have owned her since 2019 and have sailed exclusively on Lake Champlain with our two young children.

The boat is ready to sail and is currently in the water near North Hero, Vermont.

Since purchasing the boat, we have completed a number of significant upgrades, including a complete Raymarine navigation system mounted on a NavPod at the helm, a new deep-cycle battery bank, new Victron solar controller, a complete rebuild of the engine cooling and exhaust systems, lifeline safety netting, new LED navigation lights (anchor light, steaming light, and deck light), replacement of the mast wiring harness, a new freshwater pump and accumulator tank, as well as many other improvements.
