It is not easy to find a relatively old lobster boat with an ''all Fiberglass'' hull. Most of them have a wooden hull which was later covered with fibreglass. ''L'aventurier'' has its hull build with fibreglass and its gunwales, deck and cabines made of wood covered with epoxy. It is very easy to repair and maintain.

L'aventurier des mer is a lobster boat built and used in the Magdeleine islands eastern Quebec. It has been beautifully converted by the previous owner over several years. All has been done to provide a safe & confortable navigation on the Saint-Lawrence river and Gulf of Saint Laurence. The actual owner has added confort and electrical autonomy to mostly navigate on lake Champlain and Richelieu river for the past 5-6 years.
